Heavenly Apple ? Pie 

Good morning.. starting this morning off right…#coffee. Dreaming of eating a piece of this pie for breakfast with my #javakick..Todays Featured #HolidayDessert #Recipe by : Amber Nolte Looney

Apple Pie

 #Pie

 1 uncooked pie crust

 3 granny smith apples (peeled and sliced)

 2 Tbs sugar

 2 Tbs cinnamon

 Crust

 1 cup sugar

 1 cup flour

 3/4 cup butter (melted)

 1 egg

  Directions:

 Prepare oven at 350

 Place your uncooked pie crust into your pie pan. Add your peeled and sliced apples. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle half of mixture onto apples.
For #crust: Mix sugar and flour. Then add melted butter and egg. Mix well. Pour on top of apples. Sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. The top crust will be golden brown.

Pecan Pie!! Mmmm mmm 

I don’t like pecan pie much or let’s say until I ate this one!   #Mommajo AKA Carol Hogner makes an amazing Pecan Pie. Last year she was taking orders for these babies. ?❤️

Pecan Pie

1 C Karo Light Corn Syrup

3 eggs

1 C sugar

2 Tbs butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-1/2 c pecans

1. Pillsbury 9-inch deep dish pie crust

Stir the first 5 ingredients thoroughly using a spoon mix in pecans.

Pour into pie crust

BAKE on center rack of oven for 60-70 minutes.  

Let cool for 2 hours. lol if you can wait that long to eat it. Im thinking warm sounds good.

Chocolate Chip Monster Cookies 

8 TBS (4oz) Unsalted Butter (softened)

1/2 Cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp pure vanilla exact 

1 tsp kosher salt

1 1/4 cups plus 3 tbs all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

8 oz bittersweet chocolates (chopped or chips)
Cream together the butter and the sugar until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla, and salt and stir just until combined. Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder and stir until blended. Add chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 1 inch balls of dough and set 2 inches apart. Bake for 13-17 minutes. Let cool and Enjoy!!!
